Welcome! My name is Stephanie and I am the proud owner of From Small Beginnings. Our family of 6 was abruptly thrust into the NICU world in 2016 when our micro-preemie twins were born at just 23 weeks 2 days gestation. It is hard to explain how joy and pain can coexist so fiercely, but that was the war within us. We quickly learned how little we knew about preemies and NICU life in general. The internet can be a scary place when you find yourself new parents or family to preemies so we wanted to create a space of hope and encouragement for others walking the same path we have.
